人口流动背景下河北省新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)城市分布特征及防控对策探讨 被引量:7

A Study of the Distribution Features of 2019-nCoV in the Cities of Hebei Province and Prevention Measures Based on the Features of Population Flow

摘要 2019年12月以来,湖北省武汉市发现多起病毒性肺炎病例,均诊断为病毒性肺炎/肺部感染,2020年1月20日,国务院联防联控机制召开电视电话会议,对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作进行全面部署。总体上看,各省确诊病例与人口流动的规模、强度和距离相关。截至2020年2月18日24时,河北省11个地市已确诊病例306人,治愈病例136人,死亡病例4人,当前新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控形势依旧严峻,疫情发展与人口流动流量和流向基本正相关,根据人口流动大数据对河北省城市分布特征、人口流动情况及疫情防控重点进行分析,有助于提出相应防控对策,保障人民生产生活安全,打赢这场防疫攻坚战。 Since December 2019,many cases of viral pneumonia have been found in Wuhan City of Hubei Province,and all of which were diagnosed with viral pneumonia/pulmonary infection.On January 20,2020,a video conference was held by the State Council’s Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism to fully deploy the job of prevention and control the epidemic situation of novel coronavirus-infected pneumonia.Generally speaking,the number of confirmed cases in each province is related to the size,intensity,and distance of population flow.Till 24:00 on February 18,302 cases have been confirmed in 11 cities in Hebei Province,54 people have been cured,and 2 died.The current situation of prevention and control of pneumonia epidemic of novel coronavirus infection is still severe.The severity level of the epidemic situation is positively correlated with the size and direction of population flow.The analysis of features of cities’ distribution and the features of population flow based on big data is helpful to analyze the key issues of epidemic prevention and propose corresponding measures to ensure the safety of people’s life and production and finally win the battle of fighting the epidemic.
