高校管理法治化是现代大学制度的重要组成部分,加强高校法治建设是保证高校自身可持续发展的必然选择。新本科院校占据我国本科院校的"半壁江山",面临着高等教育转型发展、国际化的新形势,学校的科学化、法治化建设,尤其高等教育的现代化治理任重道远,法治化建设亦存在一些亟待解决的问题,必须正视现状,加快步伐,对症治理。

The legislative management of universities is an important part of modern university system,and strengthening the legal construction is the inevitable choice to ensure the sustainable development of universities.The newly-built universities occupies nearly a half in number of the universities in China,and are faced with the new situation of the transformation in development and internationalization of higher education.The scientific and legal construction of the rule of the newly-built universities is a tough job in the modernization of higher education,and there are some problems to be solved in the legal construction of these newly-built universities.So,pace should be quickened to find out some strategies to deal with it.
