摘要
2015年10月对滦河承德区段水域浮游植物群落进行了调查研究,共记录到浮游植物种类8门60属186种,浮游植物种类区系以我国北方习见种类为主,其群落结构为绿藻-硅藻-裸藻型。滦河上游与下游的浮游植物种类及密度相差较大;通过生物多样性指数评价宫后和大杖子采样点的水质为轻污染状态,其余各采样点均为无污染状态;通过营养状态指数评价采样点偏桥子、乌龙矶大桥和大杖子为中营养状态,其余各采样点均为贫营养状态。冗余分析(RDA)表明,滦河承德区段水域浮游植物分布明显受环境因子影响,各采样点主要污染物质为总磷。综合各项指标表明滦河上游水质较好,而下游水质相对较差且有进一步加剧的趋势。
The phytoplankton community of Chengde section of Luanhe River has been investigated in October of 2015,8 phyla 60 genera and 186 species of phytoplankton have been identified,and the species of phytoplankton possesses the north China fauna feature.The community structure is green algae-diatom-euglenophyte type.The species and density of phytoplankton in the upper and lower reaches of Luanhe River were quite different;by evaluation of biodiversity index can be drawn at the sampling point 2 and 6 of light water pollution,the remaining sampling points are at the non-polluting state;through the evaluation of the nutritional status index,it can be concluded that the sampling sites 4,5 and 6 were mesotrophic,the rest of the sampling sites are of poor nutritional status.Redundancy analysis(RDA)indicates that the distribution of phytoplankton in Chengde section of Luanhe River has been obviously influenced by environmental factors.At present,according to Luanhe Chengde section of the phytoplankton species,density,biodiversity index,single factor evaluation and nutritional status index,we can see the water quality in the sampling point 1 and 3 are the best,the water quality in the sampling 2,4 and 5 are slightly worse,it is the worst in sampling 6,the main contaminants is TP,in Luan River.Comprehensive indicators show that the upper reaches of the Luan River water quality is better,and the downstream water quality is relatively poor and has the trend of further intensification.
