摘要
基于环境设计人才职业能力素养需求,探索武夷学院环境设计职业型人才培养模式,建立"宽口径""三元制"的人才培养建设策略,建设以"底层共享""中层分立""高层自选""三创空间"等为导向的人才培养教学平台,同时通过多链条形成有效人才培养质量保障体系。
Based on the professional requirements of environmental design talents,the paper explored the talent training mode in Wuyi University.Firstly,the cultivation strategies of "wide range" and "three-dimensional system" have been established.And then the teaching platform of talent cultivation oriented by "bottom-level sharing","middle-level separation","high-level self-selection" and "three creative spaces" has been built up.Meanwhile,an effective quality control system has been formed through multi-chains.
