试论国际汉语教师的现状与培养

On the Current Situation and Training of International Chinese Teachers

随着"汉语热"的发展,孔子学院和孔子课堂在国外如雨后春笋般建立了越多越多的分支机构,而作为其中重要组成部分的国际汉语教师的培养并没有赶上步伐。本文通过分析国际汉语教师整体素养有待提高的现状,认为应从理论知识和实践能力两方面入手,有针对性地对国际汉语教师进行培养。

With the development of "Chinese fever",Confucius Institutes and Confucius Classrooms have sprung up in many branches abroad.However,the training of international Chinese teachers has not caught up with the pace.Based on the analysis of the current situation,the overall quality of international Chinese teachers needs to be improved.This paper holds that Chinese teachers should be trained from two aspects of theoretical knowledge and practical ability.
