京津冀医疗卫生服务研究的计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Medical and Health Service in Beijing,Tianjin and Heibei Region

采用文献计量方法,通过中国知网期刊数据库对京津冀医疗卫生服务研究文献题录信息进行计量分析。共获取有效文献70篇,研究起始于2011年,2016年发文量为20篇达巅峰值;其中核心期刊与CSSCI共计22篇,占总文献数的31.43%;出现频率较多的关键词是京津冀、京津冀协同发展、医疗资源、医联体以及公平性。京津冀医疗卫生服务研究总发文量较少,发文层次较低,策略创新不足,学者们应该从研究层次、研究创新度以及现实问题角度进一步深化研究。

By means of the bibliometrics method,the paper makes a measurement and analysis of the information on the research of medical and health service in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region through the database of the China National Knowledge Infrastructure.Through the manual screening,70 articles of effective literature were retrieved.The research started in 2011,and the number of arti cles published reached the peak of 20 in 2016.Among them,there are 22 core journals and CSSCI,accounting for 31.43% of the total number of literatures.Keywords with more frequent occurrence are Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated devel opment,medcial resources,medccial consortium and equity.The total amount of literature is small,the level of writing is low,and the strategic innovation is insufficient.Scholars should further deepen their research from the perspective of research level,research inno vation and practical problems.
