随着人们消费习惯的改变,越来越多的消费者愿意拥有奢华的酒店入住体验。在激烈竞争的市场中,酒店的管理者将会面临诸多经营问题与挑战,当面对低入住率、精准预测难度大的问题时,酒店通过对经营策略和预测方式上的调整将能够创造更多的收益。
With the change of people’s consumption habits,more and more consumers are willing to have a luxury experience.As a hotel manager,he/she will face many operational problems and challenges.In the highly competitive hotel market,when faced with the problems of low occupancy rate and high difficulty in accurate prediction,the hotel will be able to create more profits and achieve accurate arrangement of human and material resources by adjusting its business strategy and prediction method.
