摘要
目的:研究固定野调强放射治疗(IMRT)、旋转调强放射治疗(VMAT)和螺旋断层放射治疗(TOMO)3种不同调强放射治疗技术中个人剂量监测结果的差别。方法:选取电子科技大学医学院附属肿瘤医院放射治疗中心的12名工作人员,按不同的放射治疗技术将其分为调强放射治疗技术固定野调强组(IMRT组)、容积旋转调强组(VMAT组)和螺旋断层放射治疗组(TOMO组),每组4人,在临床治疗肿瘤患者排班中的工作人员分别为23人次、24人次和17人次。3种技术的放射工作人员均佩戴热释光个人剂量计且工作时间相同,记录3组放射治疗工作人员的个人剂量。结果:IMRT组、VMAT组和TOMO组集体有效剂量分别为2.22 mSv、2.98 mSv和1.89 mSv;个人平均所受剂量分别为(0.09±0.05)mSv、(0.11±0.05)mSv和(0.12±0.07)mSv,3组个人平均年有效剂量比较分析,其差异无统计学意义(t=0.859,P>0.05)。结论:从事3种放射治疗技术的工作人员,在相同的工作时长下所受个人剂量并无明显差别。
Objective: To explore the differences of monitoring results of exposed personal dose among three kinds of different techniques of intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT) included IMRT with fixed field, volumetric modulated arc therapy(VMAT) and tomotherapy(TOMO). Methods: 12 radiotherapists who worked in radiotherapy center of hospital were selected, and they were divided into IMRT with fixed field group, VMAT group and TOMO group according to different radiotherapy techniques, and each group included 4 cases. In the arrangement of radiotherapists about treating patients with tumor of clinic, that of each group was 23 person-time, 24 persontime and 17 person-time, respectively. All of radiotherapists wore thermo luminescent personal dosimeter and they had same work times. And the personal doses of them in three groups were recorded, respectively. Results: The collectively effective doses of IMRT with fixed field group, VMAT group and TOMO group were 2.22 mSv, 2.98 mSv and 1.89 mSv, respectively. And averagely personal dose of three groups were(0.09±0.05) mSv,(0.11±0.05) mSv, and(0.12±0.07) mSv, respectively. The differences of annual mean of personally effective dose among three groups were no significant(t=0.859, P>0.05). Conclusion: There were no significant differences among the exposed personal doses of radiotherapists of three kinds of intensity modulated radiotherapy techniques under the same working hours.
