摘要 目的:对不同类型的血压计进行计量检测评价,并分析存在问题,为准确监控血压提供依据。方法:针对柯氏音法血压计和示波法电子血压计的测压原理,依据不同血压计的检定规程,对其检测项目和方法进行比较,分析不同血压计检测过程中出现的问题,并找到其解决办法。结果:柯氏音法中的水银血压计和血压表的检测故障均有了成熟的解决办法,而发光二极管(LED)光柱血压计和听诊法电子血压计出现故障对其测压部分进行维修或更换即可;示波法电子血压计出现的主要问题是动态血压示值有误差,血压计检测与实际使用中对血压计计量性能的要求存在一定的矛盾。结论:利用大数据建立更贴合实际的血压模拟曲线,使标准器提供的压力波更接近真实的人体血压,或用LED光柱血压计代替传统的水银血压计进行血压测量。 Objective: To monitor accurately the changes of blood pressure based on the measurement and detection of different types of sphygmomanometers. Methods: Aimed at the principle of measuring pressure of Korotkoff-Sound method sphygmomanometer and oscillography electric sphygmomanometer, and according to verification regulation of different sphygmomanometers to compare their detection items and methods so as to analyze the occurred questions in detection process of different sphygmomanometers and look for solutions of them. Results: The mature solutions of detection faults of mercurial sphygmomanometer, and sphygmomanometer of Korotkoff-Sound method had been found. When LED light beam sphygmomanometer and electronic sphygmomanometer of auscultation occurred faults, the maintenance or replacement of assembly unit of measuring press could resolve them. The main problem of the oscillography electronic sphygmomanometer was that the indicating value of ambulatory blood pressure existed error. There’s a certain contradiction between sphygmomanometer measurement and requirements for metrological performance of sphygmomanometer in actual use. Conclusion: The simulation curve of blood pressure, which is more truthfulness and is established by using big-data, makes pressure wave which is provided by etalon more approach with real blood pressure of human body, or uses LED l light beam sphygmomanometer to replace traditional mercurial sphygmomanometer for implementing measurement of blood pressure.
