摘要
目的:研究防控新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间呼吸机消毒的技术流程与管理措施,指导临床工程师等相关人员的规范操作,提升应用质量与安全管理水平。方法:分析呼吸机的结构组成与性能特点,针对感染控制的关键部位制定呼吸机消毒技术流程和管理措施,提出操作方法、实施步骤与注意事项。结果:通过呼吸机诱发新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染的循证医学案例,明确了呼吸机的表面、呼吸回路的流量传感器、呼气阀、积水杯及细菌过滤器等处是感染控制的关键环节,并制定出了相应的消毒方法、操作流程和注意事项。结论:疫情期间呼吸机清洁消毒的质量控制关乎医疗质量与病区医护人员、临床工程技术人员及相关人员的2019-nCoV防控安全,合理选择使用消毒方法、执行严格的技术规范,有助于提升疫情防控能力。
Objective:To study technique process and management measurements of ventilator disinfection during epidemic situation of preventing and controlling Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19) so as to guide the standard operation of clinical engineers and relevant personnel, and to enhance application quality and management level of safety. Methods: Through analyzed the structural composition and performance characteristics of ventilator to formulate technique process of disinfection and management measurement for key positions of controlling infection, and propose operation methods, implementation steps and attention matters. Results: The evidence-based medicine cases, that ventilator induced the infection of novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV), determined that the surface and the breathing circuit(flow sensor, exhalation valve, ponding cup and bacterial filter) of ventilator were key points of controlling infection, and formulated corresponding disinfection method, operation process and attention matters. Conclusion: The quality control of clean and disinfection of ventilator during epidemic situation is very important to medical quality and the safety of medical personnel, clinical engineering technicians and relevant personnel of inpatient ward in preventing and controlling 2019-nCoV. Reasonable selection and use of disinfection methods, and the implementation of strictly technical specification would contribute to enhance the abilities that prevent and control epidemic situation.
