急诊介入手术患者合并新型冠状病毒感染的防控管理实践

Management practice of prevention and control for emergency interventional operation with the infection of 2019-nCoV

目的:探讨急诊介入手术患者合并新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)关键阶段的防控管理。方法:做好防控医务人员感染的双向防护,减少交叉感染,对于需行急诊介入手术的出血、脑卒中及心肌梗死等疾病患者,合并疑似或确诊2019-n Co V感染时,为确保介入手术顺利进行,避免交叉感染,对介入手术室应采取积极的应对,并制定相应措施。结果:成立了应急管理小组,确定介入专用隔离手术间并合理布局,弹性化排班,组织人员学习培训相关知识及防护措施,严格管理医疗垃圾处置,重视术后介入专用隔离手术间内空气、地面及物体表面的终末消毒,提供心理疏导。结论:2019-nCoV疫情防控管理的实践,可为介入手术室顺利抗击COVID-19疫情以及对急诊介入手术2019-nCoV的防控提供参考。

Objective:To investigate the prevention and control management of emergency interventional operation that combined with Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19) in key stage. Methods: It is very important to do well towway protection for preventing and controlling infection of medical personnel so as to reduce cross infection. When these patients with bleeding, or cerebral stroke or myocardial infarction(MI) who need undergo emergency interventional operation combined with suspected or confirmed the infection of novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV), the interventional operating room should adopt positive response and formulate corresponding measurement so as to ensure the normal implementation of interventional operation and avoid cross infection. Results: A series of measurements, included establishing emergency management team, determining special isolation operating room for intervention operation and implementing reasonable layout, flexible scheduling, organizing and training personnel to learn relevant knowledge and protective measures, strict managing medical waste disposal, paying attention to the terminal disinfection of air, ground and substance surface in special isolation operating room for intervention post operation, and providing psychological counseling, etc., were formulated and implemented. The practice of prevention and control management for pandemic can provide reference for successful resisting COVID-19 pandemic of interventional operating room and for the prevention and control of emergency interventional operation for 2019-nCoV.
