摘要
目的:探讨情境案例教学法在儿科护理实训课教学中的应用效果。方法:选取江苏卫生健康职业学院2014级高职中护五年制学生95人,随机分为试验组47人和对照组48人。试验组采用情境案例教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。采用调查问卷和技能操作考核成绩比较两组的教学效果。结果:调查问卷显示,试验组学生对于情境案例教学法给予了良好的评价。技能操作考试成绩显示,试验组的成绩除了仪表和回答问题两项外其余各项均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:情境案例教学法有助于提高儿科护理实训课的教学效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of situational case teaching method in pediatric nursing training teaching.Methods A total of 95 students from the five-year nursing program of 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group of 47 and the control group of 48.The experimental group adopted situational case teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared by using questionnaires and skill operation examination results.Results The questionnaire showed that the students in the experimental group gave a good evaluation of the situational case teaching method.The results of the skill operation test showed that the results of the test group were significantly better than those of the control group except for the two items of instrument and answering questions,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Situational case teaching method is helpful to improve the teaching effect of pediatric nursing training course.
