以前馈控制理念为基础的护理对股骨转子间骨折患者情绪及功能状态改善的影响

Effect of feedforward control concept based nursing on the improvement of mood and functional status of patients with femoral trochanteric fracture

目的:研究以前馈控制理念为基础的护理对股骨转子间骨折患者情绪及功能状态改善的影响。方法:选取2016年2月至2018年5月深圳市宝安区中心医院收治的股骨转子间骨折患者90例,以随机抽签法均分成试验组与对照组。对照组予以常规护理,试验组采用以前馈控制理念为基础的护理。比较两组干预前后情绪状态、功能状态、并发症发生情况及满意度等方面的差异。结果:干预后,试验组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显低于对照组(均P<0.05),Barthel指数(BI)、FMA评分明显高于对照组(均P<0.05),并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:以前馈控制理念为基础的护理有利于改善股骨转子间骨折患者的情绪及功能状态,且有效降低并发症发生风险,提高满意度。

Objective To study the effect of feedforward control-based nursing on the improvement of mood and functional status of patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A total of 90 patients with intertrochanteric fracture admitted from February 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received nursing based on the concept of feedforward control.The differences of emotional state,functional state,complication occurrence and satisfaction were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Barthel Index(BI),Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Feedforward control based nursing can improve the emotional and functional status of patients with intertrochanteric fracture,effectively reduce the risk of complications and improve the satisfaction.
