远程团队护理支持对颅内血肿手术患者消极情感及生存质量的影响

Effects of remote group nursing support on negative emotion and quality of life in patients undergoing intracranial hematoma surgery

目的:分析颅内血肿手术患者引入远程团队护理支持模式对其消极情感和生存质量的影响。方法:将无锡人民医院在2016年10月至2017年9月收诊的40例行手术治疗的颅内血肿患者纳入对照组,予以传统护理;将在2017年10月至2018年9月收诊的42例行手术治疗的颅内血肿患者纳入研究组,在对照组传统护理基础上实施远程团队护理支持。比较两组患者在干预前及干预后第4周末的情感状况、生存质量、护理满意度等情况。结果:干预后,研究组的负面情绪评分较对照组低,各维度生存质量评分较对照组高,护理满意度较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对于行手术治疗的颅内血肿患者,引入远程团队护理支持可减轻其消极情感状况,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To analyze the influence of remote group nursing support model on negative emotions and quality of life in patients with intracranial hematoma surgery.Methods A total of 40 patients with intracranial hematoma received surgical treatment from October 2016 to September 2017 were included in the control group and given traditional nursing care.A total of 42 patients with intracranial hematoma undergoing surgical treatment admitted from October 2017 to September 2018 were included in the study group,and remote team nursing support was implemented on the basis of traditional nursing.The emotional status,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and at the 4th weekend after intervention.Results After intervention,the negative emotion score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the quality of life score of each dimension was higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with intracranial hematoma treated surgically,the introduction of remote team care support can reduce the negative emotional status and improve the patient's quality of life.
