肌内效贴对髌骨骨折术后临床疗效的影响

Effect of intramuscular therapy on postoperative patella fracture

目的:探讨肌内效贴对髌骨骨折术后临床疗效的影响.方法:选取我院2016年5月-2018年5月收治的髌骨骨折术后患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例.对照组采用常规理疗方法,观察组在此基础上实施肌内效贴治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)水平与治疗效果.结果:治疗后,观察组VAS评分为(2. 73 ±0. 87)分,对照组VAS评分为(3. 45 ± 0. 95)分,观察组VAS评分优于对照组,2组相比差异显著,具有统计学意义( P<0. 05);对照组优良率为70% (21/30),观察组优良率为96. 67% (29/30),观察组优良率高于对照组,2组相比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0. 05);观察组Lequesne肿胀评分优于对照组,2组相比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0. 05).结论:肌内效贴是一种简单便捷的治疗方法,有助于缓解髌骨骨折术后疼痛,具有较好的治疗效果.

Objective:To investigate the effect of intramuscular therapy on postoperative patella fracture.Methods:60 patients with patellar fracture treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine physical therapy,while the observation group was treated with intramuscular plaster.The level of visual analogue score(VAS)and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was(2.73+0.87)and that of the control group was(3.45+0.95).The VAS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of the control group was 70%(21/30),the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),and the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30).The good rate was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);the Lequesne swelling score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intramuscular plaster was a simple and convenient method for the treatment of patellar fracture.It was helpful to relieve the pain after operation and had a good therapeutic effect.
