价值观引导在灾后青少年心理重建教育中的作用分析

摘要 为探究价值观引导在灾后青少年心理重建教育中的作用,深入分析灾后青少年心理教育重建存在问题,组织协调不足、有待加强沟通与灾后初期救援较多,缺乏规范性和长久性两点因素是制约灾后青少年心理教育重建的主要问题,采用青少年需要结构问卷和症状自评量表问卷调查9种积极价值需要对灾后青少年心理健康的影响,分析不同价值观对灾后青少年心理健康影响,在此基础上价值观通过个性品质引导青少年对重大灾害认知、通过意志引导青少年对重大灾害的承受力以及建立社会心理支持系统,缓解情绪,分析价值观引导在灾后青少年心理重建教育中作用。积极价值观引导可完善灾后青少年人格和世界观,并扩大心理教育重建范围,实现对灾后青少年心理重建教育的目的,为灾后心理重建提供全息视角。 In order to explore the role of value orientation in post-disaster adolescents’ psychological reconstruction education, we deeply analyse the existing problems in post-disaster adolescents’ psychological education reconstruction, such as insufficient organization and coordination, more communication to be strengthened and early relief after the disaster, and lack of normative and long-term factors, which restrict the reconstruction of post-disaster adolescents’ psychological education.The main problems are as follows: adolescent needs structure questionnaire and symptom checklist 90 questionnaire are used to investigate the impact of nine positive value needs on the mental health of post-disaster adolescents, and the impact of different values on the mental health of post-disaster adolescents is analyzed.On this basis, values guide adolescents to recognize major disasters through personality traits and will.Guiding teenagers’ endurance to major disasters and establishing social and psychological support system to alleviate their emotions, and analyzing the role of value guidance in post-disaster teenagers’ psychological reconstruction education.Positive values guidance can improve the personality and world outlook of post-disaster adolescents, expand the scope of psychological education reconstruction, achieve the purpose of psychological reconstruction education for post-disaster adolescents, and provide a holographic perspective for post-disaster psychological reconstruction.
