我国应急人才的供求分析与研究

Supply and Demand Analysis and Research of Emergency Talents in China

通过对国内普通高等学校本科专业以及硕士、博士研究生招生信息进行应急人才的供给分析研究,提取应急管理部网站应急要闻的内容进行应急人才需求分析,筛选出要闻中出现次数最多的前20个关键词。对这20个关键词进行单项分析和综合分析。供求分析结果显示,应急人才不仅需要"管理"人才,还需要"业务"人才。现有专业建设中,"业务"人才培养较多,"管理"人才培养较少。在"业务"人才培养中,综合减灾人才的培养较少,危化品专业和应急法律的人才缺乏。

The supply of emergency talents is analyzed through the enrollment information of undergraduate programs, master’s and doctoral students in domestic institutions of higher learning.The top 20 keywords are extracted from the website of emergency management department according to frequency and are analyzed individually and comprehensively.Based on the analysis of supply and demand balance of emergency personnel in China, it is concluded that emergency personnel not only have "management" personnel, but also "technology" personnel.In the current professional construction, "technology" personnel training is more, "management" personnel training is less.Among the "technology" talents, the cultivation of comprehensive disaster reduction talents is less, especially the shortage of talents specialized in hazardous chemicals and emergency law.
