目的循环系统疾病整体化管理是近年来许多医院的趋势,成立心血管疾病中心的医院越来越多。文章总体回顾其发展趋势,并以空军总医院心脏中心抽样数据分析循环系统疾病整体化一站式管理的特点。方法在总结国内外心血管系统疾病整体一站式管理的经验基础上,分别随机抽样150例接受过单次和2次2个病种治疗的患者进行比较,按照病种、治疗手段、效益分析进行分析。结果结果发现接受一站式治疗的患者住院日、CCU(冠心病监护病房)留住日、平均花费明显有优势,服务满意率、费用满意率、门诊复诊率同样有优势。结论循环系统疾病整体化一站式管理的模式患者受益大、医疗效率高,但是,要求管理的精准度要同步提高。

Objective The integrated management of circulatory diseases has been the development trend of many hospitals in recent years.More and more hospitals have established cardiovascular disease centers.This article generally reviewed the features of the integrated one-stop management of circulatory system diseases with sample data from the Heart Center of the Air Force medical center.Methods On the basis of summarizing the domestic and international experience of integrated one-stop management of cardiovascular system diseases,150 cases of patients who received treatments of two diseases for one or two times were randomly sampled for comparison,and were analyzed according to the disease types,treatment methods and benefits assessment.Results It was found that patients who received one-stop treatment had significant advantages in length of stay,duration of CCU stay and average cost,as well as service satisfaction rate,cost satisfaction rate and outpatient referral rate.Conclusion The one-stop management model of circulatory system disease greatly benefits patients and demonstrates high medical efficiency.But the precision of management should be improved simultaneously.
