某院科研科室绩效评价

Performance Evaluation of Scientific Research Department in a Hospital

目的分析北京市某三甲医院2016年科研绩效水平,探索该医院科研绩效阶梯分布,为提高医院科研水平提供参考依据。方法利用聚类分析对该医院65个业务科室的七项科研评估指标进行样品聚类,利用秩和比法验证聚类结果的判定效果。结果外5、外10、外7等3个科室处于第一档(优秀);内15、技1、内2、内13等11个科室处于第二档(良好);外12、外14、内10、内19等23个科室处于第三档(中等);技2、技10、外2、技11等28个科室处于第四档(较差)。结论该医院科研水平整体较高,但各科室的科研水平分布参差不齐,科研管理工作有待完善,建议相关管理者合理规划。

Objective To analyze the level of scientific research performance of a third-class hospital in Beijing in 2016,explore the hierarchical distribution of its scientific research performance,and provide reference for improving the level of hospital scientific research.Methods Cluster analysis was used to cluster samples from seven scientific research evaluation indexes of 65 business departments of the hospital,and rank-sum method was used to verify the judgment effect of cluster results.Results Three departments,including Surgery 5,Surgery 10 and Surgery 7,were in the first rank(excellent);Internal Medicine 15,Technical 1,Internal Medicine 2,Internal Medicine 13 and other 11 departments were in the second grade(good).23 departments,including Surgery12,Surgery14,Internal Medicine10 and Internal Medicine19,were in the third grade(medium).Conclusion The overall scientific research level of this hospital is relatively high,but the level of scientific research of each department is not distributed evenly,and the level of scientific research performance needs to be improved,so it is suggested to make reasonable planning for scientific research.
