新中国成立以来,中国民主建设在民主理念、民主话语、民主设计、民主道路上取得了历史性成就。其基本经验主要是坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国相统一;坚持辩证思维,走中国特色政治发展道路;持续推进政治体制改革,完善民主形式。展望中国民主建设的未来发展,应当在中国共产党正确领导的基础上凝聚中国民主共识;在社会主义政治实践基础上完善社会主义协商民主;在人类政治文明发展的基础上提供中国方案。

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s democratic construction has made historic achievements in democratic concepts,democratic discourse,democratic design and democratic road.Its basic experience is mainly to uphold the leadership of the CPC,ensure people to be masters of the ocuntry,and ensure law-based governance,adhere to dialectical thinking and take the path of political development with Chinese characteristics;continuing to push forward the reform of the political system and improving the democratic form.Looking forward to the future development of China’s democratic construction,China’s democratic consensus should be built on the basis of the correct leadership of the CPC.Socialist consultative democracy should be perfected on the basis of socialist political practice;China’s plans should be provided on the basis of the development of human political civilization.
