EBV-DNA与EBV-IgM检测在婴幼儿传染性单核细胞增多症临床诊治的应用价值比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较EBV-DNA与EBV-Ig M抗体检测在婴幼儿传染性单核细胞增多症临床诊治中的应用价值。方法选取2017年12月-2018年12月期间我院100例疑似传染性单核细胞增多症患儿,采用荧光定量PCR和ELISA方法对患儿EBV-DNA和EBV-Ig M抗体进行检测,观察其检测阳性率。结果EBV-Ig M抗体检测阳性率为31.00%,EBV-DNA检测阳性率为38.00%,EBV-DNA检测阳性率显著高于EBV-Ig M抗体检测(P<0.05);对38例EBV-DNA和EBV-Ig M抗体阳性的患儿采用药物治疗后,疾病得以痊愈。治疗1周后,患儿EBV-DNA检测阳性率为57.89%,显著高于EBV-Ig M抗体检测的47.37%(P<0.05);治疗14 d,EBV-DNA检测阳性率高于EBV-Ig M抗体检测,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论EBV-DNA与EBV-Ig M抗体用于检查和治疗婴幼儿传染性单核细胞增多症患儿具有重要的价值,相比较EBV-Ig M抗体,EBV-DNA检测阳性率更高,更为敏感,值得在临床进一步推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of EBV-DNA and EBV-Ig Min diagnosis and treatment of infantile infectious mononucleosis.Methods From December 2017 to December 2018,100 children with suspected infectious mononucleosis were selected as the main body of this study.ELISA and fluorescence quantitative PCR were used to detect EBV-DNA and EBV-Ig M antibodies in children,and the positive rate of EBV-DNA and EBV-Ig M antibodies was observed.Results According to the analysis,the positive rate of EBV Ig M antibody test was 31.00%,EBV DNA test was 38.00%,and EBV-DNA test was significantly higher than EBV Ig M antibody test(P<0.05);38 children with EBV-DNA and EBV Ig M positive were cured after drug treatment,and the analysis showed that after one week of treatment,the positive rate of EBV-DNA antibody test was 57.89%,significantly higher than the positive rate of EBV-Ig M antibody(47.37%)(P<0.05);14 days after treatment,the positive rate of EBV DNA antibody was higher than that of EBV Ig M antibody,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion EBV-DNA and EBV-Ig M are of great value in examining and treating infants with infantile infectious mononucleosis.Compared with EBV-Ig M,EBV-DNA is more positive and sensitive,therefore,using EBV-DNA detection method is worth popularizing and using in clinical medicine.
