生理盐水鼻腔冲洗辅助治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察

Effects observation of nasal irrigation with normal saline in the adjuvant therapy of allergic rhinitis

目的观察生理盐水鼻腔冲洗辅助治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法纳入我院门诊部2018年1月-2019年8月间接收的86例儿童过敏性鼻炎患者,根据治疗方案不同分为观察组与对照组各43例,观察组采用口服氯雷他定治疗结合生理盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗,对照组采用口服氯雷他定治疗。对比2组总有效率与症状改善时间、睡眠质量评分。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率97.67%,高于对照组的76.74%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿鼻塞改善时间、流涕改善时间、打喷嚏改善时间、鼻痒改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿童过敏性鼻炎应用口服氯雷他定结合生理盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗效果明显,可有效改善患儿症状,提高睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the effects of nasal irrigation with normal saline in the adjuvant therapy of allergic rhinitis.Methods 86 allergic rhinitis children treated from January 2018 to August 2019 in our outpatient department were included and assigned to observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to different therapies.The observation group orally took Loratadine and nasal irrigation with normal saline;the control group just took Loratadine.The total effective rate,symptom relief time and sleep quality scores were appraised.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(97.67%)was significantly higher than that of control group(76.74%)(P<0.05);the symptom relief time of nasal obstruction,running nose,sneezing and rhinocnesmus in the observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05);before treatment,sleep quality scores between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,sleep quality scores for two groups were lower than before(P<0.05);related scores in the observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);Conclusion The oral medication of Loratadine and nasal irrigation with normal saline has fair effects,and improves children’s symptoms and sleep quality.
