基于校企协同创新的专业学位研究生培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Professional Degree Postgraduate Training Model Based on University-Enterprise Collaborative Innovation

专业学位研究生作为高层次应用型人才,其培养离不开校企协同创新机制。分析了校企协同创新进行专业学位人才培养的必要性,指出了当前校企协同创新培养专业学位人才存在的问题。从协同培养机制的建立、协同创新企业的寻求、合作目标的协调、高质量实践平台的构建、协同培养过程中学生通勤负担的减少、以项目为纽带的协同创新方式、校内外双导师的培养与遴选、特色实践环节的设立等方面介绍了盐城工学院在校企协同创新培养专业学位研究生方面的探索与实践,可为地方高校专业学位研究生培养提供借鉴。

As high-level applied talents,the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates is inseparable from the cooperative innovation mechanism between universities and enterprises.This paper analyzes the necessity of the training of professional degree talents through collaborative innovation between universities and enterprises,and points out the existing problems in the training of professional degree talents by collaborative innovation between universities and enterprises at present.From the aspects of the establishment of collaborative training mechanism,the pursuit of collaborative innovative enterprises,the coordination of cooperative goals,the construction of high-quality practice platform,the reduction of commuting burden of middle school students in the process of collaborative training,and the collaborative innovation linked by projects,this paper introduces the exploration and practice of Yancheng Institute of Technology in training professional degree postgraduates through collaborative innovation,such as the training and selection of double mentors inside and outside the school,the establishment of characteristic practice links,and so on.This study can provide reference for the training of professional degree postgraduates in local colleges and universities.
