摘要
在经济社会发展呼唤创新教育改革、创新型人才的素质结构与生成转化、探索创新创业教育的逻辑起点等背景条件下,文章针对影响目前大学生创新能力培养的教育机制和学生创新力驱动缺乏的内在因素,围绕激发学生内驱力从而开展基于OBE-I&E(Outcome Based Education-Industry&Education)的创新创业教育改革与实践,包括“创新创业能力培养三阶段”模式设计与构建;“内驱力”理论在工科类课程体系和教学方法上的探索与实践;“产教融合(I&E)协同创新中心”培养模式的构建与实现。
In the context of economic and social development calling for innovation education reform,quality structure and generation transformation of innovative talents,and exploring the logical starting point of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper aims at the education mechanism affecting the cultivation of innovation ability of college students at present and the internal factors of the lack of innovation driving force of students,so as to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education reform based on OBE-I&E(Outcome Based Education-Industry&Education),centering on stimulating the internal driving force of students innovation and practice,including:the design and construction of"three stages of innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation",the exploration and practice of"internal driving force"theory in engineering curriculum system and teaching methods,and the construction and implementation of"I&E Collaborative Innovation Center"cultivation mode.
