高职院校现代学徒制试点工作的实践探索

结合江苏农牧科技职业学院实施国家现代学徒制试点项目的实践与取得的成效,总结阐述了高职院校在实施现代学徒制试点工作过程中的校企协同育人、招生招工一体化、人才培养方案和标准制定、“双导师”教学团队建设、运行管理制度和考核评价机制建立等成功经验,并为进一步全面推广现代学徒制提出了建议,为我国职业教育全面推进现代学徒制试点工作提供借鉴。

Combined with the practice and achievements of the national modern apprenticeship pilot project implemented by Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College,this paper summarizes and expounds the successful experience in the process of carrying out the modern apprenticeship pilot work in vocational colleges,such as the college-enterprise cooperative education,the integration of enrollment and recruitment,the formulation of talent training programs and standards,the construction of the"double tutorial"teaching team,the establishment of operation management system and assessment and evaluation mechanism.Then,we put forward suggestions for further promoting the modern apprenticeship system in an all-round way,which provides reference for promoting the modern apprenticeship pilot work in vocational education in China in an all-round way.
