摘要
目的探讨基于Life's Simple 7(LS7)的综合干预对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)合并高血压患者血压水平及睡眠呼吸功能的影响。方法选择拒绝行持续气道正压通气(CPAP)及手术治疗的64例OSAHS合并高血压患者,随机分为对照组(n=32)和LS7组(n=32)。对照组予降压药物治疗,LS7组在降压药物治疗基础上予LS7综合干预,两组患者均持续治疗6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后心血管健康评分、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)评分及24 h收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)的差异。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者的心血管健康评分均显著升高,AHI、SBP及DBP均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者对比,LS7组心血管健康评分上升幅度,AHI、SBP及DBP的下降幅度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于LS7的综合干预有助于改善OSAHS合并高血压患者的血压水平和睡眠呼吸功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive intervention based on Life's Simple 7(LS7)on blood pressure level and sleep respiratory function in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)complicated with hypertension.Methods Sixty-four OSAHS patients complicated with hypertension who refused both continuous positive airway positive pressure ventilation(CPAP)or surgery were randomly divided into control group(n=32)and LS7 intervention group(n=32).The control group received anti-hypertensive drugs,and the LS7 group received comprehensive intervention with LS7 on the basis of anti-hypertensive drug therapy.Both groups received continuous treatment for 6 months.Cardiovascular health scores,apnea hypopnea index(AHI)scores,and 24 h mean systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)values were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with pre-treatment,the cardiovascular health scores of the two groups were significantly increased,while AHI score,SBP and DBP were significantly lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the increase amplitude in cardiovascular health score,and the reduced amplitudes of AHI score,SBP and DBP in the LS7 group were significantly larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention based on LS7 is conducive to improve blood pressure and sleep respiratory function in patients with OSAHS and hypertension.
