视觉训练系统对屈光性弱视治疗的疗效及视功能的影响 被引量:43

摘要 目的对比研究视觉功能训练系统与传统综合疗法对儿童屈光不正性及屈光参差性弱视治疗的临床疗效及双眼视功能的影响。方法对98例(170眼)年龄为5~12岁的屈光性弱视患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,依据接受的治疗不同,分观察组46例(80眼)同时接受传统综合治疗和美国视觉训练系统治疗,对照组52例(90眼)仅接受传统综合治疗,比较治疗3个月及6个月后的最佳矫正视力、双眼融象功能及立体视功能差异。结果治疗3个月后,观察组基本痊愈率为33.75%,对照组为24.44%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总体有效率为72.50%,显著高于对照组的55.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。双眼融象功能正常者比例观察组为67.50%,对照组为55.56%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组双眼立体视正常者比例为60.00%,显著高于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组基本痊愈率为48.75%,高于对照组的31.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组总体有效率为85.00%,高于对照组的72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组双眼融象功能正常者比例为85.00%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组双眼立体视正常者比例为83.75%,对照组为73.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多媒体视觉训练系统的综合疗效优于传统弱视治疗,且能加快弱视恢复,促进双眼视觉功能的重建。 Objective To compare the efficacies of visual function training system and traditional comprehensive therapy on the clinical results and binocular visual function of ametropia and anisometropic amblyopia in children.Methods The clinical data of 98 cases(170 eyes)of ametropic amblyopia(aged 5-12 years old)were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatments they received,46 cases(80 eyes),who received both traditional comprehensive treatment and American Vision Therapy System4D(VTS4D)treatment,were assigned in the observation group;and those received traditional comprehensive treatment alone were assigned into the control group of(52 cases,90 eyes).The differences in best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),binocular fusion function and stereoscopic vision function after 3 months and 6 months treatment were compared.Results After 3 months treatment,the basic recovery rate of the observation group was 33.75%,which was higher than 24.44% of the control group(P>0.05).The overall effective rate was 72.50%in observation group,which was significantly higher than 55.56% of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with normal binocular fusion was 67.50%in the observation group and 55.56%in the control group,with no significant difference between them(P>0.05).The proportion of patients with normal binocular stereopsis in the observation group was 60.00%,significantly higher than 33.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months treatment,the basic recovery rate of the observation group was 48.75%,significantly higher than 31.11% of the control group(P<0.05);and the overall effective rate of the observation group was 85.00%,significantly higher than 72.22% of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with normal binocular fusion was 86.25% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with normal binocular stereopsis was 83.75% in the observation group,and 73.33% in the control group,with no significant difference between them(P>0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive curative effect of multimedia visual training system is better than that of traditional amblyopia treatment,and it can accelerate the recovery of amblyopia and promote the reconstruction of binocular visual function.
