摘要 INOVA公司研发的G3i仪器已成为国内勘探市场的主力仪器,其地面采集设备采用了鬼对电压(即64V线电压由数传电缆的4对数传线对携带,并与命令和数据一起向下输送)、隔离技术、JTAG可编程电路、嵌入软件、FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)、CPLD、MSP430芯片等大量软硬件一体先进设计。本文介绍了数字隔离器的功能及在G3i采集站电路中的应用,阐述了基于隔离技术的"局部加电测量电流法"维修短路故障采集站,以及G3i采集站固件升级及数传故障维修技巧。 G3i instrument of INOVA company has become the main instrument in the domestic exploration market. The groundequipment of G3 iinstrumentadopts a large number of advanced designs of integrated software and hardware, such as ghost pair voltage, isolation technology, JTAG programmable circuit, embedded software, FPGA, CPLD and MSP430 chip. This articlenot only introduces the function of digital isolator and its application in the circuit of G3i RAM(Remote Acquisition Module),but also elaborated on the maintenance of G3i RAM short-circuit fault based on the isolation technology of "local power on and measuring current", as well as the maintenance skills of G3i RAM for firmware update and data transmission fault.
