摘要
重锤内置储能器的主要作用是吸收伺服阀两端的液压波动,减缓压力冲击,在生产中AHV系列震源出现了内置储能器故障高、使用寿命低等问题。经过统计分析,除因备件质量、装配错误造成其损坏的个别案例外,重锤结构设计问题、激发参数匹配问题、预充压力不当问题是造成内置储能器故障高、使用寿命低的主要原因。我们从这三方面入手提出了一些改进方案及应对措施,有效地降低了内置储能器的故障率。
The main function of the inline accumulator is to absorb the hydraulic fluctuation at both ends of the servo valve and slow down the pressure impact. The AHV series vibrator’s inline accumulator have the problems of high fault and low service life. According to the statistical analysis, in addition to the damage caused by the quality of spare parts and assembly errors, the main reasons for the high fault and low service life of the built-in energy accumulator are the structural design of the mass, matching of excitation parameters and incorrect setting of accumulator precharge pressure. From these three aspects, we put forward some improvement plans and countermeasures to effectively reduce the failure rate of inline accumulator.
