临床药师干预对我院骨科清洁手术预防性使用抗菌药物的影响

Effect of clinical pharmacists intervention on the preventive use of antibiotics in orthopedic cleaning surgery in our hospital

目的分析临床药师干预对医院骨科清洁手术预防性使用抗菌药物的影响。方法收集并统计北京市结核病胸部肿瘤研究所/首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院2017年(干预前)和2018年(干预后)骨科清洁手术预防性使用抗菌药物的情况,同时比较干预前后预防性使用抗菌药物的合理性。结果临床药师进行干预后,抗菌药物使用率、使用指征、使用时机、疗程及联合使用抗菌药物等均有明显改善。结论临床药师对清洁手术预防性使用抗菌药物的干预可提升抗菌药物使用的合理性,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical pharmacists intervention on the preventive use of antibiotics in orthopedic cleaning surgery.Methods The preventive use of antibiotics in clean orthopaedic surgery in the Beijing Tuberculosis and Thoracic Tumor Research Institute/Beijing Chest Hospital,Capital Medical University before and after the intervention in 2017 and 2018 was collected and counted,and the rationality of the preventive use of antibiotics before and after the intervention was compared.Results After intervention by clinical pharmacists,the usage rate,indications,timing,course of treatment and combined use of antimicrobial agents were significantly improved.Conclusion The intervention of clinical pharmacists on the preventive use of antibiotics in clean surgery can improve the rationality of antibiotics use and is worth promoting.
