百乐眠胶囊联合黛力新治疗脑梗死后焦虑抑郁失眠症的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Bailemian capsule combined with Deanxit in the symptoms of anxiety,depression and insomnia after cerebral infarction

目的观察百乐眠胶囊联合黛力新(氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛)治疗脑梗死后焦虑抑郁失眠症的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月-2019年3月上海市金山区金山卫镇社区卫生服务中心收治的脑梗死后焦虑抑郁失眠症患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组给予黛力新治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予百乐眠胶囊治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后SAS和SDS评分、PSQI各因子评分、日常生活能力评分及治疗效果。结果治疗后2组SAS、SDS、PSQI和日常生活能力评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。观察组总有效率为95.35%高于对照组的81.40%(χ^2=10.328,P<0.01)。结论百乐眠胶囊联合黛力新能有效治疗脑梗死后患者焦虑抑郁,提高患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bailemian capsule combined with Deanxit(Flupentixol/Melitracen)in the symptoms of anxiety,depression and insomnia after cerebral infarction.Methods 86 patients with anxiety,depression,and insomnia after cerebral infarction treated in Jinshanwei Township Community Health Service Center,Jinshan District,Shanghai from August 2017 to March 2019 were selected,and they were randomly divided into an observation group(43 cases)and a control group(43 cases).The control group was given Deanxit treatment,and the observation group was given Bailemian capsule treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group,The SAS and SDS scores,PSQI factor scores,daily living ability scores and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of SAS,SDS,PSQI,and daily living ability of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The total effective rate in the observation group(95.35%)was higher than that in the control group(81.40%)(χ^2=10.328,P<0.01).Conclusion Bailemian capsule combined with Deanxit can effectively treat anxiety and depression in patients with cerebral infarction and improve the quality of sleep,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
