薏苡败酱汤联合黄腐酸治疗HPV阳性宫颈糜烂效果观察

Observation of the effect of Coix rotten sauce soup combined with fulvic acid on HPV-positive cervical erosion

目的观察薏苡败酱汤联合黄腐酸治疗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)阳性宫颈糜烂的效果。方法选取2016年4月22日-2017年4月22日江西省上饶市信州区西市街道茶山路社区卫生服务站妇科收治的HPV阳性宫颈糜烂患者100例,根据奇偶数法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组给予薏苡败酱汤联合黄腐酸治疗,对照组给予保妇康栓治疗,比较2组临床疗效、治疗后6个月、12个月转阴率。结果观察组总有效率为96. 0%,高于对照组的64. 0%(χ^2=14. 370,P <0. 05),治疗后6个月、12个月HPV转阴率均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论薏苡败酱汤联合黄腐酸治疗HPV阳性宫颈糜烂的效果较好。

Objective To observe the effect of Coix rotten sauce soup combined with fulvic acid in the treatment of human papillomavirus( HPV)-positive cervical erosion. Methods 100 patients with HPV-positive cervical erosion in Department of Gynecology,Chashan Road Community Health Service Station,Xishi Street,Xinzhou District,Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province,from April 22,2016 to April 22,2017 were selected. According to the parity method,they were divided into observation group and control group,each of 50 cases. The observation group was treated with Coix rotten sauce soup combined with fulvic acid,and the control group was treated with Baofukang suppository. Compared the clinical effect and negative rate of 6 months and 12 months after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96. 0%,which was higher than the control group’s 64. 0%( χ^2= 14. 370,P < 0. 05). The HPV negative rate of 6 months and 12 months after treatment were higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Coix rotten sauce soup combined with fulvic acid has a better effect on HPV-positive cervical erosion.
