机械通气不同氧浓度水平对行心肺复苏术患者预后的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较机械通气不同氧浓度对行心肺复苏术患者血气分析指标、神经功能缺损评分(NDS)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的影响。方法选取2016年1月-2018年12月广东省佛山市第一人民医院呼吸内科收治的行心肺复苏术患者150例,采用随机抽签法分为A组、B组及C组各50例,A组、B组及C组分别在机械通气过程中给予21%、50%及100%浓度氧气吸入。比较3组患者血气分析指标、心肺复苏至自主循环恢复时间、神经功能损伤程度及血清NSE水平等。结果C组患者Pa O2和Sa O2水平均高于A组、B组(P<0.05),B组患者Pa O2和Sa O2水平均高于A组(P<0.05);3组患者Pa CO2和p H水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组患者心肺复苏至自主循环恢复时间和NDS评分均优于A组、C组(P<0.05);A组和C组患者心肺复苏至自主循环恢复时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组患者NDS评分优于A组(P<0.05)。B组患者复苏后30 min、3 h及6 h血清NSE水平均低于A组、C组(P<0.05)。结论机械通气中50%浓度氧气吸入用于行心肺复苏术患者可有效促进自主循环恢复,降低神经损伤程度,并有助于降低血清NSE水平,效果优于21%和100%浓度氧气。
