超声刀与传统电刀在开放甲状腺手术中的应用效果比较

Comparison on the Application Effects of Ultrasonic Scalpel and Traditional Electric Scalpel in Open Thyroidectomy

目的比较超声刀与传统电刀在开放甲状腺手术中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月至2018年12月我院收治的甲状腺肿瘤患者242例,随机分为两组各121例。对照组采用传统电刀手术治疗,观察组采用超声刀手术治疗。比较两组的手术相关指标以及术后并发症。结果观察组的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、饮食恢复时间、术后引流量、术后拔管时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率为7.44%,显著低于对照组的23.97%(P<0.05)。结论超声刀应用于开放甲状腺手术中,具有手术时间短、术中出血少、并发症少等优点,是较为安全有效的手术方式,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the application effects of ultrasonic scalpel and traditional electric scalpel in open thyroidectomy.Methods 242 patients with thyroid tumor from January 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 121 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional electric scalpel surgery,and the observation group was treated with ultrasonic scalpel surgery.The surgery related indicators and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospitalization time,diet recovery time,amount of postoperative drainage and postoperative extubation time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.44%,significantly lower than 23.97%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasonic scalpel applied in open thyroidectomy has the advantages of short operation time,less intraoperative blood loss and fewer complications,which is a safe and effective surgery method,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
