腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术与传统甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤的临床效果对比

Comparison on the Clinical Effects of Endoscopy-Assisted Small Neck Incision Surgery vs.Conventional Thyroidectomy for the Treatment of Benign Thyroid Tumor

目的探讨甲状腺良性肿瘤经传统甲状腺手术治疗与腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月我院收治的80例甲状腺良性肿瘤患者,随机分为两组各40例。治疗组实施腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术治疗,对照组实施传统甲状腺手术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组的切口长度、术中出血量、术后引流量、拔管时间、手术时间、住院时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的并发症发生率为7.50%,显著低于对照组的22.50%(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺良性肿瘤患者实施腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术治疗,可缩短手术时间、拔管时间与住院时间,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of endoscopy-assisted small neck incision surgery and conventional thyroidectomy for the treatment of benign thyroid tumor.Methods 80 patients with benign thyroid tumor admitted to our hospital from April2017 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with endoscopy-assisted small neck incision surgery,and the control group was treated with conventional thyroidectomy.The clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The incision length,intraoperative hemorrhage amount,postoperative drainage amount,extubation time,operation time and hospitalization time of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of treatment group was 7.50%,significantly lower than 22.50%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Endoscopy-assisted small neck incision surgery for the treatment of benign thyroid tumor can shorten the operation time,extubation time and hospitalization time,reduce intraoperative hemorrhage amount and reduce the incidence of complications.
