生化免疫检验法在肾脏疾病诊断中的临床效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨生化免疫检验法在肾脏疾病诊断中的效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月我院收治的200例肾脏疾病患者,随机分为两组各100例,对照组采取单纯免疫检验,观察组采取生化免疫检验,比较两组的诊断准确率。另选取100例健康人群作为健康组,比较三组的生化免疫指标水平。结果观察组的诊断准确率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组患者的尿蛋白、补体C3、补体C4水平均显著低于健康组,肌酐、尿素、尿酸水平均显著高于健康组(P<0.05)观察组和对照组的生化免疫指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生化免疫检验法可提高肾脏疾病的诊断准确性,准确反映患者的肾脏损伤程度及免疫情况,为肾脏疾病诊疗提供依据。 Objective To explore the effect of biochemistry-immunoassay test in the diagnosis of renal diseases.Methods 200 patients with renal diseases admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 100 cases each group.The control group received simple immunoassay test,the observation group received biochemistry-immunoassay test,and the diagnostic accuracy was compared between two groups.Another 100 healthy people were selected as the healthy group,and the levels of biochemical and immune indicators were compared among 3 groups.Results The diagnostic accuracy of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of urinary protein,complement C3 and complement C4 of observation group and control group were significantly lower than those of healthy group,and the levels of creatinine,urea and uric acid were significantly higher than those of healthy group(P<0.05);No statistical difference was found between observation group and control group in the biochemical and immune indicators(P>0.05).Conclusions Biochemistry-immunoassay test can improve the diagnostic accuracy of renal diseases,accurately reflect the degree of renal injury and immune status of patients,and provide basis for diagnosis and treatment of renal diseases.
