中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床效果分析

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年6月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组患者采取常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予中药治疗。持续治疗4周后,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及肺功能指标(FEV1、FEV1/FVC)。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的FEV1、FEV1/FVC均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者具有显著的疗效,能够有效改善患者的肺功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the curative effect and pulmonary function indicators(FEV1,FEV1/FVC)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 90.00%,significantly higher than 72.00%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant efficacy for the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and can effectively improve patients’pulmonary function.
