延伸护理及居家护理对糖尿病患者血糖及生活质量、护理满意度的影响

The Effect of Extended Care and Home Care on the Blood Glucose,Quality of Life and Nursing Satisfaction Degree of Diabetic Patients

目的探讨延伸护理及居家护理应用于糖尿病患者的效果。方法66例社区糖尿病患者随机分为两组各33例,观察组接受延伸护理及居家护理,对照组接受常规住院护理和社区护理,比较两组的血糖、生活质量和护理满意度。结果观察组的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖均显著低于对照组,生活质量各项指标评分以及总评分均显著高于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延伸护理及居家护理能够显著改善糖尿病患者的血糖水平、生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of extended care and home care applied in diabetic patients.Methods 66 diabetic patients in community were randomly divided into two groups equally.The observation group received extended care and home care,while the control group received routine in-hospital care and community care.The blood glucose,quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,the scores of various indicators and the total score of quality of life were significantly higher than those of control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Extended care and home care can significantly improve the blood glucose level,quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree of diabetic patients.
