系统化专科护理对幕上脑膜瘤术后早期癫痫发作的影响

The Effect of Systematic Specialist Nursing on Early Seizures After Supratentorial Meningiomas Surgery

目的分析系统化专科护理对幕上脑膜瘤术后早期癫痫发作的影响。方法选取2015年9月至2018年8月我院收治的108例幕上脑膜瘤术后早期癫痫发作患者,随机分为两组各54例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行系统化专科护理,比较两组护理后的不良事件发生情况及生活质量。结果观察组的不良事件发生率为7.41%,显著低于对照组的27.78%(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的癫痫影响、记忆/注意力、羞耻感、健康观念、躯体功能以及癫痫态度各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对幕上脑膜瘤术后早期癫痫发作患者实施系统化专科护理,有利于降低不良事件发生率,改善生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of systematic specialist nursing on early seizures after supratentorial meningiomas surgery.Methods 108 patients with early seizures after supratentorial meningiomas surgery admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing,and the observation group received systematic specialist nursing.The incidence of adverse events and quality of life after nursing were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events of observation group was 7.41%,significantly lower than27.78%of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of items of quality of life including epilepsy influence,memory/attention,shame,health concept,physical function and epilepsy attitude of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of systematic specialist nursing in patients with early seizures after supratentorial meningiomas surgery is beneficial to reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the quality of life of patients.
