人工气道管理方案应用于神经外科昏迷患者中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Artificial Airway Management Scheme Applied in Neurosurgical Coma Patients

目的探讨人工气道管理方案应用于神经外科昏迷患者的效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月我院神经外科收治的昏迷且建立了人工气道的重症患者120例,随机分为两组各60例。观察组采用人工气道管理方案,对照组采用常规气道管理方案。比较两组的肺部感染率、痰液性状,以及患者家属的护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组的痰液性状显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的肺部感染率显著低于对照组,患者家属的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人工气道管理方案能够显著改善神经外科昏迷患者的痰液性状,降低患者的肺部感染率,提升患者家属对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of artificial airway management scheme applied in neurosurgical coma patients.Methods A total of 120 severe coma patients with establishment of artificial airway in neurosurgical department of our hospital from May 2017 to May2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group received artificial airway management scheme,and the control group received regular airway management scheme.The pulmonary infection rate,sputum characteristics and nursing satisfaction degree of patients’relatives were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the observation group had significantly better sputum characteristics than the control group(P<0.05).The pulmonary infection rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree of patients’relatives was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Artificial airway management scheme can obviously improve the sputum characteristics of neurosurgical coma patients,reduce the pulmonary infection rate,and improve the relatives’satisfaction degree to nursing work.
