摘要 文章针对7^#高炉热风炉热风管道表面温度突然升高,采用表面风冷,效果不明显。休风开孔观察,确定管道内部耐火砖大面积坍塌,根据塌陷程度,对该区域采用先浇注、后灌浆的方式补漏,修补后热风管道表面温度恢复正常,避免了热风管道烧穿等恶性事故的发生。 In this paper,it is introduced the surface temperature of warm-air pipe of 7^#blast furnace hot stove increases suddenly,the effect of surface air cooling is not obvious.With the observation by damping down and opening pore,it is determined that the firebricks inside the pipe are with a great area of collapse.According to the degree of collapse,the mode of pouring followed by grouting is used in this area for leak repairing.As a result,the surface temperature of warm-air pipe is returned to normal and such serious accident as burning through of warm-air pipe is avoided.
