摘要
包钢首次在稀土钢板材厂240 t转炉生产中采用副枪技术。在转炉整个炉役期间,副枪测成率随炉内熔池液面变化由前期92.4%下降到88.1%。通过对现有生产情况及设备条件分析和研究,有针对性的提出了解决副枪设备使用的方案,副枪测成率稳定在92.2%~93.9%之间。副枪技术指标的稳定提高,使得转炉供LF钢水质量得到了提升,为生产高附加值产品创造了良好条件。
The sublance technology is adopted in the production with 240 t converter of Rare Earth Steel Plate Plant of Baotou Steel for the first time.During the whole campaign of converter,the measurement efficiency of sublance decreases from 92.4%to 88.1%with the change of bath level.The solutions to use of sublacne equipment are put forward through analyzing and researching existing production situations and equipment conditions as well as the measurement efficiency of sublacne is stabilized at 92.2%~93.9%.With the steady improvement of technical indexes of sublacne,the quality of molten steel for LF supplied by converter is improved,which creates good conditions for producing high added-value products.
