链条钢在脱硫废水中的缓蚀试验

摘要 文章以三乙醇胺、抗坏血酸为缓蚀剂,电厂脱硫废水和渣水混合物为腐蚀介质,研究了链条钢的腐蚀情况。通过失重实验、自腐蚀电位、电化学实验等方法研究其腐蚀规律。测试结果表明:以三乙醇胺为缓蚀剂加入至废水中后,试验钢的腐蚀程度最低,具有较好的缓蚀效果。 In this paper,it is introduced the study of corrosion for chain steel with the triethanolamine and ascorbic acid as inhibiter as well as the mixture of desulfurization waste water and slag water from Power Plants as corrosive medium.Its corrosion law is studied by such methods as the weight loss experiment,self-corrosion potential and electrochemical experiment.The experimental results showed that the degree of corrosion for test steel was the lowest and the corrosion-inhibition effect was better after add the inhibiter of triethanolamine into waste water.
