白血病的传统中医临床诊疗研究进展

A Research Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Leukemia

白血病(Leukemia)是一类源自造血干祖细胞的恶性克隆性疾病,骨髓中大量异常的原始、幼稚细胞增殖并抑制正常造血,浸润肝、脾、淋巴结等组织器官,临床常表现为贫血、感染、出血和髓外浸润等征象。现代医学治疗白血病常采用化疗或骨髓移植等治疗手段,但多数亚型白血病的长期生存率及预后仍较差,是严重威胁国人生命健康的恶性疾病。祖国传统医学将白血病归于“虚劳”“髓痨”“血积”“症瘕”等范畴,中医辨证论治法在白血病的诊疗中取得良好的疗效。本文旨在抚今追昔、温故知新,总结近来祖国医学中治疗白血病的成功经验,为今后白血病的临床诊疗开拓新思路。

Leukemia is a kind of malignant clonal disease derived from hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells.A large number of abnormal primary and immature cells in the bone marrow proliferate and inhibit normal hematopoiesis,infiltrating liver,spleen,lymph nodes and other tissues and organs.It is a sign of anemia,infection,bleeding and extramedullary infiltration.Modern medical treatment of leukemia often uses chemotherapy or bone marrow transplantation,but the long-term survival rate and prognosis of most subtypes of leukemia are still poor,which is a malignant disease that seriously threatens the health of Chinese people.The traditional medicine of the motherland attributed leukemia to the categories of“flawlessness”,“medullary sputum”,“blood accumulation”and“sickness syndrome”.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment method has achieved good results in the diagnosis and treatment of leukemia.The purpose of this paper is to sum up the past,to learn from the new,to sum up the recent successful experience in the treatment of leukemia in the motherland medicine,and to open up new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of leukemia in the future.
