摘要
目的盐炙对杜仲丸抗疲劳作用影响研究进行分析。方法选取小鼠70只,随机分为7组,采用小鼠游泳制备疲劳模型的方法,每天灌胃连续14 d,分别为对照组,生杜仲丸低、中、高剂量组。依照乳酸试剂盒及尿素氮试剂、肝糖原试剂盒测定血清乳酸、血清尿素氮及肝糖原含量。结果低、中、高剂量组小鼠运动后血清尿素氮、血清乳酸均低于空白组,经统计学处理,低剂量组与空白对照组及中剂量与高剂量组,组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。低、中、高剂量组小鼠运动后肝糖原均高于空白组,经统计学处理,空白组与低剂量组、低剂量组与中剂量组及中剂量与高剂量组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论杜仲丸能有效降低血清尿素氮、血清乳酸的含量,增加肝糖原的含量,盐炙后有增强作用的趋势。提示杜仲丸有抗疲劳作用,盐炙后有增强抗疲劳作用的效果。
Objective Anti-fatigue effect of Du Zhongwan pill was analyzed by salt stir frying.Methods Select 70 mice,randomly divided into 7 groups,The fatigue model was prepared by mouse swimming and the stomach was continuously filled with 14 D per day,the control group,Duzhongwan low,medium and high dose group.Serum lactic acid,serum urinary nitrogen and liver glycogen were determined according to lactic acid kit and urea nitrogen reagent and liver glycogen kit.Results Serum urinary nitrogen and serum lactic acid were lower in mice with low,medium and high dose after exercise.After statistical treatment,there were significant differences between the low dose group and the blank control group and the medium dose group and the high dose group(P<0.05).Liver glycogen was higher in low,medium and high dose group than in blank group.After statistical treatment,there were significant differences between blank group and low dose group,low dose group and medium dose group,and medium dose and high dose group(P<0.01).Conclusion Du Zhongwan can effectively reduce the content of serum urine nitrogen and serum lactic acid,increase the content of liver glycogen,and have an enhanced effect by salt stir frying.It is suggested that Du Zhongwan has an anti-fatigue effect,and it has the effect of enhancing anti-fatigue effect by salt stir frying.
