不同临床标本微生物检验阳性率结果的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Positive Results of Microbiological Tests in Different Clinical Specimens

目的研究不同临床标本微生物检验阳性率结果的比较,为临床提供指导。方法选择从2016年10月至2018年11月的100份临床微生物标本纳入此次研究工作,按照数字随机分方式将其划分成2组,命名为实验组(2017年11月至2018年11月的50份临床微生物标本)与对照组(2016年10月至2017年10月的50份临床微生物标本),对比两组临床微生物标本阳性率检验结果。结果经比较,实验组痰液标本、尿液标本的检验阳性率比对照组高,全血标本、脓液标本的检验阳性率均低于对照组,临床对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论不同时间段、不同临床标本微生物的检验阳性率结果不同,且伴随时间增加,检验阳性率降低。

Objective To study the comparison of the positive rate of microbial test in different clinical specimens,and to provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods 100 clinical microbial specimens from October 2016 to November 2018 were selected for this study.They were randomly divided into two groups,named experimental group(50 clinical microbial specimens from November 2017 to November 2018)and control group(50 clinical microbial specimens from October 2016 to October 2017).Rate test results.Results The positive rate of sputum and urine samples in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The positive rate of blood and pus samples in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.There was statistical difference in clinical comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rates of microorganisms in different time periods and clinical specimens are different,and with the increase of time,the positive rates of microorganisms in clinical specimens decrease.
