目的探究贫血患者的血液检验结果。方法选取我院2017年5月至2018年5月收治的30例缺铁性贫血患者作为观察1组,30例地中海贫血患者作为观察2组,另选取30例健康体检者作为对照组。对比血液检验结果。结果观察1组、观察2组的血红蛋白、红细胞平均血红蛋白量、红细胞平均体积、均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察1组、观察2组的红细胞体积分布宽度、红细胞计数均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察2组的血红蛋白低于观察1组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察2组的红细胞体积分布宽度、红细胞计数高于观察1组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在贫血患者相关生化指标检测、鉴别中,血液检验十分关键,操作简便、可信度高,能够为各项参数提供依据。

Objective To explore the blood test results of anemia patients.Methods 30 patients with iron deficiency anemia admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as observation group 1,30 patients with thalassemia as observation group 2,and 30 healthy people as control group.Compare the blood test results.Result The hemoglobin,the average hemoglobin volume and the average volume of red blood cells in observation group 1 and observation group 2 were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the distribution width of red blood cell volume and the number of red blood cells in observation group 1 and observation group 2 were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hemoglobin in observation group 2 was lower than that in observation group 1(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the width of red blood cell volume distribution and the number of red blood cells in the observation group were higher than those in the observation group 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the detection and identification of biochemical indicators related to anemia patients,blood test is very important.It is easy to operate and has high reliability.It can provide the basis for various parameters.
