全血C反应蛋白与血常规联合检验在儿童细菌性感染性疾病诊断中的价值分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析全血C反应蛋白联合血常规检验实行于细菌性感染性疾病患儿临床诊断中的价值。方法对本医院予以诊断的60例感染性疾病患儿实行临床研究,选择于2016年03月至2018年09月,将细菌性感染性疾病患者归入试验组(30例),将非细菌性感染性疾病患者归入对照组(30例),对两组均开展全血C反应蛋白检验、血常规检验,比较两组全血C反应蛋白检测值、白细胞计数检测值、中性粒细胞率检测值,且统计试验组不同检测方式的阳性检出总计率。结果试验组全血C反应蛋白检测值、白细胞计数检测值、中性粒细胞率检测值[(68.65±2.50)mg/L、(18.70±3.54)×10^9/L、(84.98±6.90)%]高于对照组数据值[(6.90±1.43)mg/L、(11.61±2.40)×10^9/L、(59.50±5.87)%],展示组间指标检验统计学意义(t=117.433、9.079、15.405,P=0.000、0.000、0.000);试验组全血C反应蛋白检验联合血常规检验的阳性检出总计率(100%)高于全血C反应蛋白检验(86.67%)、血常规检验(50.00%),展示组间指标检验统计学意义(χ^2=4.285、20.000,P=0.038、0.000)。结论对细菌性感染性疾病患儿实行全血C反应蛋白联合血常规检验方法予以临床诊断的效果较好。 Objective To analyze the value of whole blood C-reactive protein combined with blood routine test in the clinical diagnosis of children with bacterial infectious diseases.Methods 60 children with infectious diseases diagnosed in our hospital were studied.From March 2016 to September 2018,30 patients with bacterial infectious diseases were divided into experimental group and 30 patients with non-bacterial infectious diseases into control group.The whole blood C-reactive protein test and blood routine test were carried out in both groups,and the whole blood C-reactive protein test was compared between the two groups.The total positive detection rates of different detection methods in the experimental group were also counted.Results The values of C-reactive protein,white blood cell count and neutrophil rate in the experimental group(68.65±2.50)mg/L,(18.70±3.54)×10^9/L,(84.98±6.90)%were higher than those in the control group(6.90±1.43)mg/L,(11.61±2.40)×10^9/L,(59.50±5.87)%.There was statistical significance in the test between the display groups(t=117.433,9.079,15.405,P=0.000,0.000,0.000).The total positive detection rate of the whole blood C-reactive protein test combined with blood routine test(100.00%)in the experimental group was higher than that of the whole blood C-reactive protein test(86.67%)and blood routine test(50.00%),showing the statistical significance of the inter-group index test(χ^2=4.285,20.000,P=0.038,0.000).Conclusion The method of whole blood C-reactive protein combined with routine blood test is effective in clinical diagnosis of children with bacterial infectious diseases.
