摘要
目的针对磁共振门静脉成像运用三维动态增强的技术方法展开有效的研究分析。方法本次研究的进行时间段为2016年1月至2019年1月,研究对象为来我院进行门静脉及下腔静脉情况的患者240例,对患者展开动态增强磁共振门静脉成像扫描。结果门静脉形态与结构显示为正常的患者例数为165例,所占比率为68.75%;门静脉形态显示为异常的患者例数为75例,所占比率为31.25%,其中显示为肝硬化门静脉高压的患者例数为30例,所占比率为12.50%,显示为肝癌的患者例数为60例,所占比率为25.00%,显示为布加综合征的患者例数为17例,所占比率为7.08%。结论在临床门静脉检查中运用三维动态增强磁共振成像扫描可取得显著的效果,且可以得到清晰的扫描图像。
Objective To study and analyze the three dimensional dynamic enhancement technique for magnetic resonance portal vein imaging.Methods The study was conducted from January 2016 to January 2019.240 patients with portal vein and inferior vena cava were admitted to our hospital,and dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance portal vein imaging was performed.Results There were 165 cases with normal portal vein morphology and structure,accounting for 68.75%;75 cases with abnormal portal vein morphology,accounting for 31.25%.Among them,there were 30 cases with cirrhosis and portal hypertension,accounting for 12.50%,60 cases with hepatocellular carcinoma,accounting for 25.00%,showing Budd-Chiari syndrome.The number of patients was 17,accounting for 7.08%.Conclusion Three-dimensional dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scanning can be used in clinical portal vein examination.
