氦氖激光联合泛昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹的效果探讨

The Effect of He-Ne Laser Combined with Famciclovir in the Treatment of Shingles in the Elderly

目的研究和分析老年带状疱疹患者采用氦氖激光联合泛昔洛韦治疗的临床治疗效果以及安全性情况。方法随机选择2017年1月至2019年1月,在我院皮肤科进行治疗的300例老年带状疱疹患者。数字表法进行治疗分组:对照组150例患者予以单一的泛昔洛韦治疗,观察组150例患者予以氦氖激光联合泛昔洛韦治疗。回顾性分析两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应情况以及治疗满意度情况。结果经过治疗统计,观察组的临床治疗总有效率为98.00%,显著高于对照组的85.33%差异明显(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应,对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者对临床治疗的总满意度(93.33%)明显高于对照组患者的总满意度(79.33%),差异结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年带状疱疹患者应用氦氖激光联合泛昔洛韦进行治疗,其疗效显著,安全性好,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of He-Ne laser combined with famciclovir in the treatment of senile herpes zoster.Methods 300 elderly patients with herpes zoster were randomly selected from January 2017 to January 2019.The treatment group was divided into two groups:150 patients in the control group were treated with famciclovir alone,and 150 patients in the observation group were treated with He-Ne laser combined with famciclovir.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results After treatment statistics,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,significantly higher than 85.33%in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total satisfaction of the patients in the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group(79.33%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion He-Ne laser combined with famciclovir is effective and safe in the treatment of senile herpes zoster,and has high clinical value.
